The Adopt-a-Trail group meets one Saturday every other month to clean a section of the American Tobacco Trail that runs through Woodcroft and neighboring communities. The women of the club (and some spouses) have a strong desire to keep our Durham community beautiful and inviting to nature lovers.
We meet at the Woodcroft Professional Center at 9:00 AM where we split into two groups. One cleans the trail from the Community Center to Cook Road and the other from the Community Center to the Southpoint Crossing (Kroger) parking lot. Bags and grabbers are provided but bring a pair of work gloves and dress comfortably for the weather. Clean-up generally takes about an hour.

The next two dates for trail cleanup are scheduled for July 14 and Sept 15.
