Guest Speaker: Linda Martinez

Our April Guest Speaker event will be an INTERACTIVE CHAIR YOGA presentation!  Wear comfortable clothing including shoes and be prepared to learn some simple body postures you can do at home to feel more balanced and flexible with practice.  Linda comes to us with twenty years of Yoga study, certifications and teaching.  You won't want to miss this!!!
